Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles with a strong focus on Product, Engineering, and Design hiring in a high-growth environment
Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring strategies
Drive end-to-end candidate management, ensuring a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Manage high-volume pipelines, screening candidates, and ensuring quality shortlists aligned with role requirements and diversity objectives
Continuously improve recruitment efficiency, including reducing time-to-hire and optimising recruitment workflows
Track, analyse, and report on hiring metrics to support data-driven decision-making and recruitment planning
Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to proactively build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Act as a strong ambassador of remote work culture and company values throughout the hiring process

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tech Recruiter (6-month FTC) based in the United Kingdom.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced, global talent acquisition function, focused on hiring exceptional talent across Product, Engineering, and Design disciplines. You will play a key role in shaping high-performing teams that directly contribute to the growth and success of a fully remote, globally distributed organization. The environment is dynamic, high-volume, and mission-driven, requiring strong prioritisation and delivery focus. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at every stage. The role combines strategic hiring partnership with hands-on execution across multiple roles and stakeholders. You will also contribute to improving hiring processes, tools, and efficiency in a modern, tech-enabled recruitment environment. This is an opportunity to directly impact how world-class remote teams are built across multiple regions.

Accountabilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle tech recruitment within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
  • Strong track record recruiting for Engineering, Product, and/or Design roles at scale.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and attention to candidate experience.
  • Experience using modern ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, GoodTime, BrightHire) and openness to AI-enabled recruitment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to engage effectively with engineering stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, in a global and distributed environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple requisitions and deliver against hiring targets.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and fair hiring practices.
