Job Description

This role sits at the intersection of talent, culture, and organizational design within a fast-scaling AI-native company operating across India and the US. You will play a key role in shaping how teams are built, supported, and scaled in an environment where AI is redefining traditional ways of working. Acting as the second member of the People function, you will partner closely with leadership to build hiring engines, strengthen employee experience, and evolve people systems from the ground up. The scope spans full-cycle recruitment, HR operations, and culture-building initiatives in a lean, high-trust, high-autonomy environment. You will also contribute to cross-border people operations, including US-India coordination and compliance considerations. This is a highly impactful role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to help define what modern People functions look like in AI-driven organizations.
