Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with the CTO and senior leadership to drive strategic priorities and coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Strategy, and Business Operations.

Lead and manage cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Act as a strategic sounding board for leadership, helping evaluate ideas, prioritize initiatives, and define execution pathways.

Support decision-making through data analysis, insights generation, and recommendation of actionable strategies.

Coordinate communication efforts including board updates, leadership presentations, town halls, reports, and strategic documents.

Manage operational rhythms such as planning cycles, reviews, and tracking of key organizational priorities.

Identify areas of improvement across processes and proactively drive solutions to enhance efficiency and execution.
