Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for all technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, and onboarding.

Partner with engineering, research, and product leaders to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and align hiring plans with business strategy.

Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for competitive technical roles across Europe and globally.

Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting processes, ATS workflows, and technical interview loops for consistency, efficiency, and quality.

Coordinate interview panels, train internal interviewers, and uphold high evaluation standards.

Track hiring metrics and provide leadership with insights on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and process bottlenecks.

Represent the company externally through tech community engagement, events, and proactive outreach to passive candidates.
