Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, handling queries on contracts, leave, benefits, and policies

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, renewals, and departures

Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and IND sponsor obligations, including tracking legislative changes

Coordinate benefits programs (health insurance, pension, wellbeing) across all locations and regions

Automate and streamline HR processes in HiBob and connected tools to improve efficiency and accuracy

Support sickness absence processes in line with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter)

Document HR processes clearly for scalability and easy handover

Run HR reporting and analytics to inform strategic HR decisions

Technical Skills Required

Dutch employment law HR Information Systems (HRIS) Process automation and workflow optimization
