This is an exclusive, retained search for a Savannah-based company delivering acquisition marketing services to the legal industry, driving large ($200-500k) and enterprise ($1M-5M) deals with law firms across the country. They’re privately held, rapidly scaling, and already pulling in nine figures in annual deal flow. The current Sales Leader is stepping out at year-end, creating an opportunity for a new leader to take the reins of a senior, well-tenured sales team. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and Director of Revenue Operations to professionalize the sales function — turning ad-hoc heroics into repeatable wins. The sales org is healthy but hungry for structure, accountability, and next-level performance.
