The Mid-level Technical Product Manager will oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives. This role involves analyzing challenges, developing innovative solutions, and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently. You will be responsible for defining requirements, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet both technical and customer expectations. Working in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment, this position offers the opportunity to influence technology strategy, enhance processes, and contribute to high-impact initiatives across multiple programs.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of technical projects, including large projects or significant segments of complex initiatives
  • Analyze project challenges and develop innovative solutions to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide systems analysis and plan for application selection, development, maintenance, and production activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet objectives
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Ensure project outcomes align with business goals and customer needs
  • Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical product management or a related role
  • Proven success in leading large projects or critical segments of complex projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective interpersonal abilities
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in software development or technology, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and understanding of product lifecycle management principles
  • Certification in project or product management (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus
