Head of Product Management - Generative AI in the
United States.
The Head of Product Management will drive the strategy and execution of a cutting-edge Generative AI orchestration and governance platform. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market discovery to scaled rollout—ensuring features are secure, compliant, and enterprise-ready. You will partner closely with engineering, research, compliance, and go-to-market teams to translate research and customer insights into high-impact workflows. Success in this role requires a blend of deep technical fluency in GenAI systems, hands-on product leadership experience, and the ability to embed governance, risk, and observability into AI products that accelerate safe AI adoption. The position offers a dynamic, fully remote environment with opportunities to influence enterprise AI adoption globally.
Accountabilities
- Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Generative AI orchestration and governance features
- Translate research and enterprise customer insights into production-ready workflows, pipelines, and deployment tooling
- Embed governance-by-design principles, including auditability, risk controls, bias mitigation, and regulatory alignment (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC)
- Drive evaluation and monitoring of AI systems, including observability, model drift detection, and lifecycle management
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, ML research, compliance, and GTM) to deliver high-quality, scalable products
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to develop positioning, demos, and documentation for enterprise and developer audiences
- Run tight execution loops: lead squads, validate with design partners, and iterate quickly based on enterprise feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management for AI/ML platforms, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS, with end-to-end ownership of product delivery
- Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLM data pipelines, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt/fine-tuning workflows
- Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Kubeflow, or similar workflow automation tools
- Technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering, data, and compliance stakeholders (APIs, embeddings, evaluation frameworks)
- Strong knowledge of AI governance, observability, risk mitigation, and regulatory alignment
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience driving metrics beyond raw accuracy, including reliability, transparency, and safety KPIs
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with LangSmith, LangGraph, Ray, Feast, BentoML, DVC, Flyte, Dagster, or Prefect; experience from observability, governance, AI platform companies, or major AI labs
