THE OPPORTUNITY
Help us build the teams that design, develop, and deliver groundbreaking technology at NavVis.
We're entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global people team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in scaling our product and hardware teams, while also supporting other critical functions across the business. You'll shape how we identify, attract, and secure the best talent to power our innovation and growth.
You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from defining role requirements and sourcing top candidates to guiding hiring teams through decision-making and closing offers. Beyond day-to-day recruiting, you'll drive projects that make our processes smarter and more scalable, whether it's refining interview structures, leveraging data, or exploring the latest tools and AI solutions.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Be a strategic partner: Collaborate with Hiring Managers, team leads, and People Partners to design world-class product and hardware teams, as well as key roles across business functions.
- Lead end-to-end recruiting: Own complex hiring processes globally, from crafting targeted outreach strategies to shaping structured interviews and securing top talent in competitive markets.
- Leverage data: Use recruiting analytics to track funnel health, evaluate quality of hire, and guide both tactical and strategic decisions.
- Innovate and improve: Introduce new tools, approaches, and AI solutions that make recruiting more efficient, scalable, and engaging for candidates and hiring teams.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, with exposure to product, hardware, or engineering-related roles in high-growth environments.
- A strong grasp of the full recruitment lifecycle, with proven success in partnering with hiring teams to secure hard-to-find talent.
- Comfort using data and insights to drive process improvements and influence stakeholders.
- Experience aligning recruiting strategies with business priorities and team growth goals.
- Curiosity and eagerness to explore new tools, automation, and employer branding initiatives to enhance recruiting impact.
- Strong business English skills, German language is a plus.
