We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Human Resources Director – Strategy & Culture to drive our company's growth and success in the Manufacturing industry. This is a hybrid role that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for cultivating a positive and productive work environment. You will be instrumental in shaping our HR strategy, fostering a company culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our company's mission and business objectives.
- Promote an engaging company culture that values diversity, fosters innovation, and drives performance.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all AAP, EEO, VETS, immigration, and 1099 regulations.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to reflect current laws and best practices.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee compensation, training, and career pathing programs to support employee development and retention.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering an environment of growth and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of AAP, EEO, VETS, immigration, and 1099 compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems.
- Strong understanding of compensation, training, and career pathing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
