About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic manufacturing team in East Tennessee. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by supporting HR functions across multiple departments. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as a vital link between employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP and Kronos is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
