About The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations leaders to identify, attract, and secure top-tier technical talent essential for bringing our Seagliders to market. Your responsibilities will encompass full-cycle recruiting, from defining role requirements and sourcing candidates to guiding them through the interview process and closing offers. You will play a vital part in building a high-performance workforce capable of tackling complex engineering challenges and scaling our operations globally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably within startups, high-growth companies, or engineering-focused organizations
- Strong understanding of technical roles across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership levels
- Exceptional sourcing skills with experience using various channels including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with experience utilizing ATS and recruiting metrics to improve processes
- Willingness to travel regularly to recruiting events, career fairs, and company headquarters, with a preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to Rhode Island

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success criteria, and develop effective hiring strategies
