🚀 What is this challenge about:
- Lead growth experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing and iterative development.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and product teams to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions.
- Define and track metrics/KPIs (e.g., expansion, retention) in collaboration with Data teams, and develop dashboards to measure success.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights, identifying growth opportunities and friction points.
- Structure and deliver MVPs with rapid iteration based on impact vs. effort.
- Map and optimize user journeys to improve retention and drive expansion.
- Identify and execute conversion optimization strategies with high business leverage.
- Manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment.

🛠 What we are looking for:
- +4 experience as a Product Manager in a growth-focused role.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven development
- Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across product, engineering, design, and marketing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to define KPIs and work with tools such as Amplitude or similar analytics platforms.
- Highly analytical, capable of translating complex data into strategic insights.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with a proactive mindset.
- Deep understanding of user journey mapping and conversion optimization.
- Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)
- Fluent level of English.
