As a Product Manager II, you will lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of digital products in a complex, highly regulated environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into actionable product features, ensuring that initiatives align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact. This role combines stakeholder management, agile product delivery, and user-centered design, offering the chance to influence the development of technology solutions that improve outcomes for clients and end-users. Accountabilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives and user needs
  • Translate user and stakeholder requirements into well-defined features, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to drive the development and delivery of digital products
  • Manage product lifecycle including planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch evaluation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on product strategy, trade-offs, and business value
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges in a timely manner
  • Facilitate agile practices and mentor team members in agile principles and frameworks
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and product management practices


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products in a cross-functional agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, defining acceptance criteria, and managing trade-offs
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with complex stakeholder groups
  • Experience in client-facing roles, consulting, or professional services, ideally in regulated industries or public sector environments
  • Familiarity with digital healthcare technology products, accessibility requirements, or federal agency programs is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively across distributed teams
