IT Service Desk / IT Support Engineer- UK & APAC rota - Fully remote
We are looking for an IT Service desk specialist to join an existing team in supporting IT Service desk users across an number of countries, the role is fully remote and will invoice handling incoming help desk phone calls, resolving tickets rapidly and where needed escalating issues. The team work on a rota system covering 24/7 with a mix of UK and APAC hours, with an on-call rota for weekends.
