Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer - Full Stack to join our remote engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain features across the Wellnite platform to ensure a seamless and scalable experience for both clients and providers. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Design, develop, and deploy new features for the Wellnite platform using modern technologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Code Quality: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
• Platform Optimization: Improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability to support the growing user base.
• Testing: Develop automated tests and ensure comprehensive testing of code to maintain high standards of reliability.
• Issue Resolution: Debug and resolve technical issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.
• Security: Ensure data security and compliance with best practices and industry standards.
• Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend tools or processes that improve engineering efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Technical Skills:
• Front-End: Proficiency in React.js, and Next.js.
• Back-End: Experience with Node.js, Nest.js, Typescript, and other backend technologies.
• Bonus Point: Some DevOps experience.
• Multi-API integration experience.
• Database Management: Proficiency with MongoDB, Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Cloud Services: Experience with Google Cloud Platform, and AWS.
• Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows.
• Native Android or iOS: Experience with React Native and custom Android or iOS SDKs > Big Bonus Points.
• Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a remote environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
