Our client is a multinational Group specializing in commercial refrigeration, which has made a name for itself in the world thanks to a solid industrial culture, great competitive strength, and its international presence in the Retail, Ho.Re.Ca, and Food Beverage sectors.
We are looking for an experienced Senior R&D Engineer for their growing team.
This position is based in Çorlu, Türkiye. Relocation to Çorlu is required for this position.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities
Coordination and management of product development activities, in agreement with the manager
Responsibility for the initiation of projects, their planning and the strategies to be used, project management and analysis of the consistency of results with commercial requirements, going through the various stages of product development
Review product design and recommend changes to management
Develop best practices to optimize product development procedures
Identify areas for improvement and concerns and recommend improvements
Oversee product development activities within allotted budget and timelines
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Similar experience in the same sector, (6-7 years)
Strong problem-solving, analysis, planning, tracking, and organizational skills
Collaborative and results-oriented team player
Written and oral fluency in English is a must
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
⭐ This position will work in a hybrid model (3 days from office, 2 days from home)
