What You'll Do 🚀
Delivery & execution
- Create production-ready designs and contribute clarity and quality to reviews and planning sessions.
- Prepare screen designs by applying the design system and collaborating effectively with developers to account for technical constraints.
- Streamline Figma workflows and documents to improve team efficiency.
Discovery & research
- Support product discovery by exploring use cases, creating concepts, and conducting user interviews.
- Research customers' jobs, pains, and gains to guide product decisions that solve real problems.
- Pinpoint major pain points and deliver straightforward, effective solutions.
Domain knowledge & product sense
- Learn and understand Manychat's product, its market, and business goals to guide design choices.
- Evaluate the product's impact and continuously refine designs to enhance user and business outcomes.
- Contribute to the design system and help bridge collaboration between designers and developers.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥
You’ll Need
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a track record of shipped products.A well-structured and narrated portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.Strong understanding of human-centered design models and processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.High expertise in Figma.
It Would Be Great If You Have
- Understanding of computational principles (e.g., data structures) and automation concepts and workflows.
- Experience designing user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex automation processes.
