Responsibilities

  • Planning, initiating, executing, and controlling projects using best practices and project management methodologies;
  • Managing project teams, including task allocation and ensuring effective collaboration among project participants;
  • Ensuring transparency and accountability throughout project execution for all stakeholders;
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other necessary documents;
  • Processes development and optimization through different tools;
  • Facilitate all necessary events to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team;
  • Problem-solving and risk management throughout project execution.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and experience applying them in practice;
  • Skilled in defining, interpreting, and analyzing metrics to drive informed decision-making;
  • Knowledge of change management procedures, quality management, and other key aspects of project management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation skills for effectively conducting work sessions and meetings;
  • Experience successfully managing projects from inception to completion, demonstrating the ability to solve problems and achieve goals.

As a Plus

  • Administrator level: Jira, Confluence;
  • Miro, Excel, Tools for presentation, BI applications;
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM).

Recruitment process

  • HR interview (45 minutes);
  • Technical interview (1 hour);
  • Final interview (1 hour).
