Scrum Master in PORTUGAL

Currently, we are seeking a Scrum Master who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Agile methods in teams;
• Transformation of Waterfall teams into Agile teams;
• Creation and implementation of training, workshops, lectures, and forums;
• Conduct Scrum cerimonies.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, or similar roles;
• Experience in facilitating workshops, planning sessions, and retrospectives;
• Familiarity with management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, ServiceNow and Teams;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to influence, work as part of a team, and engage with different stakeholders;
• Fluent level of portuguese;
• Mandatory to live in Lisbon.
