Drive the development of innovative cloud software products in the area of workforce management as an interface between external and internal stakeholders ( for example customer, sales team, customer services team and development)
Plan the further development of the products and releases and create and communicate the strategic product roadmaps
Manage the product backlog and prioritize the different requirements
Use requirements engineering and create specifications of new features including user stories
Ensure technical feasibility and intuitive usability in collaboration with our UX/UI team
Prepare internal product trainings for customer services teams and conduct them together with your colleagues
Your Capabilities:
Completed technical university degree (e.g. business or media) computer science, or comparable education
Several years of professional experience in B2B software product management as a product owner and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
Strong analytical skills and initiative with a sound technical background
Customer and user-orientated thinking as well as good comprehension and high implementation skills
Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
Fluent in English (spoken and written); German skills represent an advantage
