Senior Python Developer (up to £550/day) in UNITED KINGDOM

Role: Senior Python Developer - Contract

Location: Fully Remote (based in London)

Compensation: £500 – £550 per day, Outside ir35

Duration: 6 months + extension

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and implementing APIs, infrastructure and backend solutions using industry best practices.
• Working on a data-oriented platform handling terabytes of data, building ETL pipelines, and utilizing BigQuery.
• Taking part in client meetings where you'll be speaking with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Essential Experience:

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in the Python standard library and modern Python coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques.
• Proficiency with web frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Django.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Skilled in data storage and querying using various database solutions, including BigQuery.

Nice to Have Experience:

• Experience working alongside front-end developers and UX engineers.
• Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies.
• Knowledge of tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
