Hi 👋 Eleven Eleven is partnering with a successful Casual Mobile Game Studio who values their razor-sharp focus on story-driven casual games and excellent craftsmanship. They are currently looking for an experienced Lead Game Economy Designer to join their amazing team!

They are looking for a Lead Game Economy Designer who:

• Is able to leverage their data-driven mindset to ensure that the players have engaging, long-lasting and fun experiences
• Can create economy models that facilitate new features and event creation, while staying healthy in the long run
• Will collaborate closely with LiveOps, Game Analysts, Customer Care, Data Scientists and Feature development teams to assess trends in the game economy
• Can manage a small team of Economy Designers

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• At least 6 years of relevant design and live-ops experience in a lead role
• Have set up and expanded a game economy to support expanded feature sets and live ops events
• With experience working with data, ideally with a background in SQL
• Able to use spreadsheets in very versatile ways (eg. as balancing tools, monitoring tools, LiveOps tools, and more)
