Key Responsibilities
Lead design efforts on multiple simultaneous client projects, balancing larger and smaller engagements.
Collaborate with strategists, creative directors, motion and graphic designers, developers, and client teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
Participate in research and discovery phases including user needs assessment, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis.
Conduct audits of existing websites and provide comprehensive recommendations encompassing UX, UI, visual design, and content.
Co-develop design direction and wireframes in partnership with content and UX strategists, actively evaluating UX options and making evidence-based recommendations.
Establish overall creative, UX, and UI direction in collaboration with the broader team and creative leadership.
Create UI Kits and comprehensive design systems defining interactions and transitions for websites.
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate execution of design specifications.
Participate in client presentations, articulating design rationale and responding to feedback effectively.
