Key Responsibilities
Complete CCMM products on time with 95% accuracy on first submission
Uphold the CCMM visual style guide and communicate brand standards clearly to the team
Meet tight deadlines without ever compromising quality
Prepare finished copy and art for delivery in the correct medium, electronic or print, to industry standard
Respond to design revision requests promptly and apply feedback with care
Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects with steady, consistent effort
Collaborate with the Project Development team to refine and streamline department workflows
Attend weekly touchpoints and complete a personal scorecard each month
Earn high satisfaction ratings from stakeholders on the quality of your design work
