Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation models and test environments using MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE, and OPAL-RT.
Design, execute, and document requirements-based verification and validation test cases.
Create and maintain automated test scripts and regression test frameworks using Python or similar tools.
Perform software integration, functional, and regression testing for embedded control systems.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and support root cause investigations.
Collaborate with software, controls, and systems engineering teams to validate new features and enhancements.
Support CAN/J1939 communication testing, diagnostics, and ECU integration activities.
Maintain verification documentation, test reports, and traceability records.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HIL processes, test automation, and verification methodologies.
