Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers to understand technical and operational requirements
Conduct on-site visits to support implementation, deployment, configuration, and go-live activities
Act as the bridge between customers and engineering teams, translating requirements into deployment plans
Deploy, configure, test, and troubleshoot software solutions within customer environments
Provide post-deployment support and guidance for successful adoption
Coordinate with regional and international technical teams to resolve complex issues
Produce deployment documentation, implementation plans, and technical reports
Support proof-of-concept activities and technical demonstrations
Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the deployment lifecycle

About The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Customer Success / Deployment Engineer to support the deployment and implementation of enterprise technology solutions across customer environments in the UAE and wider GCC region.
This is a customer-facing position requiring an individual who can engage directly with clients, gather technical requirements, support solution design discussions, and lead deployments from implementation through to successful handover. The successful candidate will work closely with remote engineering teams and act as the primary technical contact for local customers.
