Key Responsibilities

Embed in engineering teams to clarify scope, priorities, and dependencies across PMs, tech leads, and engineers

Review PRDs and technical designs early to identify risks and cross-team dependencies before delivery blockers

Lead at least one cross-team program from end-to-end, involving multiple teams and leadership

Translate feedback from forward-deployed engineers and client deployments into roadmap priorities

Oversee build and run aspects: quality, testing, releases, on-prem deployments, and production incident investigations

Help define TPM function rituals, retrospectives, and ways of working, including hiring processes

A 200+ person AI Scale up in Abu Dhabi is building a model-agnostic agentic platform for governments and large enterprises with strict data sovereignty constraints. Picture a sovereign equivalent of ChatGPT or Claude, sold as SaaS and also deployed on-premise on the client's own infrastructure.

The company is a little over two years old and already has revenue. The platform runs at several UAE government entities, and a Forward Deployed Engineering team installs and customises it on client sites.
