Write BRD/FRD, features, user stories or use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Translate business rules into requirements that developers and testers can act on.
Run gap analysis and data analysis to support product decisions.
Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and the team during UAT.
Manage requirement risks, constraints and impacts, and drive communication and sign-off with stakeholders.

Job Description
Our client is a maritime-tech team within an international shipping group, building a Voyage Management System (VMS) used in the group's day-to-day operations.
It is a product team of about 20 people, mostly based in Cyprus, made up of developers, QA, product and design specialists. We are looking for a Business Analyst - someone who turns business needs into clear, buildable requirements for a software product team, working directly with the people who will use the product.
