Own SLAs, service performance, budgets, escalations, and continuous improvement
Lead Release & Change Management, including release governance, CAB processes, risk assessment and production deployments
Coordinate releases and resolve dependencies across functional and technical teams
Identify opportunities to improve and expand customer services
Contribute to service delivery standards and best practices within Managed Services
