Key Responsibilities
Work on-site with clients: spend time inside top global brokers, run user interviews and learn their workflows
Own deployments end to end: act as single point of contact, build agents, data models and UIs on the company's agent harness
Grow accounts: extend scoped contracts, build broader roadmaps and cross-sell across large broker organisations
Build the platform: move between forward-deployed work and platform work, building core features found missing in the field
Make deployments scale: find ways to make each deployment cheaper to deliver
