Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop engineers, including expectations, one-to-ones, feedback, performance management, and career progression
Own hiring and onboarding and build a collaborative culture across locations
Maintain the team mission, ownership boundaries, and roadmap
Lead planning and execution of new vehicle integrations from bench integration through validation and handover
Guide architecture and development of Vehicle Driver and drive-by-wire components
Establish reliability targets and improve release quality using field feedback
Develop playbooks, tooling, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer practices
Review designs and collaborate with software, hardware, controls, safety, operations, customers, and suppliers
