Key Responsibilities
Own our whole-body controller as a product: how it is packaged and positioned, which personas it serves, and which metrics matter to customers.
Own the productisation of new robot integration and drive the roadmap that cuts onboarding time for each new robot.
Collaborate with go-to-market and marketing teams to define customer pitches, engagement models, positioning, strategy, and pricing model.
Talk to customers constantly, run feedback loops with OEM engineering teams, visit sites during integrations, and turn feedback into prioritised requirements.
Map the product needs of our SDK for configuration, deployment, monitoring, and debugging.
Partner with research and engineering to decide what gets built and productised, and track adoption with quantitative and qualitative signals.
