Key Responsibilities
Work closely with data-science partners to quantify value and identify product opportunities
Drive the roadmap and execution for AI-first products
Build and ship AI-first products that guide and augment human decision-making in STD claims
Work directly with stakeholders at major insurance carriers to uncover problems, test product concepts, and drive business outcomes
Get early product concepts in front of customers and use their reactions to make real decisions about what to build next
Partner with customer success, sales, and product marketing to support go-to-market strategy for new capabilities
Write code and build working prototypes alongside engineers using AI coding tools
Define value propositions, adoption hypotheses, and kill criteria and walk away from work that is not landing
Contribute to the strategic direction of STD products broadly
