Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve manufacturing processes for fuel injector assembly and testing.
Lead APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and process validation activities.
Support production operations and resolve manufacturing issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality, safety, and productivity.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams on new product launches.
Analyze process performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
