Key Responsibilities
Design and build core AI agent infrastructure, including tool-calling, state management, context management, model routing, and error recovery across complex, multi-step workflows
Develop robust, production-quality software that interacts with sophisticated desktop engineering applications in enterprise environments
Optimize system performance, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency, including token usage and workflow execution
Build evaluation frameworks and reproducible benchmarks to measure agent performance, reliability, and task completion
Collaborate with AI engineers, researchers, and domain experts to translate real-world customer needs into scalable technical solutions
Troubleshoot complex engineering challenges involving concurrency, application integration, and failure handling
Contribute to technical architecture, code reviews, and engineering best practices while working closely with product teams and customers
