Key Responsibilities
High-availability deployment, daily monitoring, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting of MySQL, OceanBase, Redis, MongoDB, and Oracle databases
Lead TB-level online database migrations across data centers and clouds, version upgrades, and data archiving with zero business interruption and zero data loss
Analyze slow queries, design indexes, optimize Redis cache hit rate and MongoDB aggregation pipelines, and resolve high-concurrency bottlenecks
Participate in schema reviews, develop sharding and read-write separation solutions, and refine DBA SOPs and data governance
Develop automated operations tools for backup verification, health inspection, and capacity forecasting
Work with development and operations teams to diagnose and fix database-related issues for logistics systems and dashboards

Nice to Have
DBA experience with cross-border logistics, e-commerce, or financial transaction systems
Understanding of multi-region data compliance such as GDPR
Familiarity with TiDB, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch
Proficiency in Python, Go, or Shell with automated DBA tool platform experience
Cloud or database certifications such as AWS SAA/DOP, Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE, OCP, or MCDBA
Experience operating stateful databases in Kubernetes environments
Fluent in Chinese and English
