Key Responsibilities
Work with the Delivery Manager and client to understand workflows, inspect examples, and clarify application requirements
Build working versions early, run client demos, and improve applications from feedback
Take applications into production on real client data and agree milestones and delivery tradeoffs
Own testing, debugging, production fixes, and ongoing improvements
Reuse existing components and bring recurring client needs back to the core engineering team
Work directly with operators and executives on site and raise blockers with a diagnosis and proposed next step
