Key Responsibilities
Drive development of automation and GitOps as embedded tech lead
Collaborate with IS architect to align solutions with architecture vision
Design and architect services IS can offer as products
Develop infrastructure-as-code practice and improve IaC processes
Automate software operations across private and public clouds
Maintain operational responsibility for core services, networks, and infrastructure
Set up and maintain observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch
Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and alerting
Provide assistance to globally distributed peers
Share experience and best practices through mentorship
Carry final responsibility for time-critical escalations
