Optimize performance for rendering, bundle size, large lists, and file uploads

Investigate and resolve production issues using Sentry and PostHog

Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and handle auth, loading, error, and empty states

Work with coding agents to streamline development workflows where beneficial
