Profile and optimize AI training/inference pipelines for throughput, latency, and cost reduction

Implement and tune quantization, sparsity, pruning, and distributed training techniques (e.g., tensor/FSDP/ZeRO parallelism)

Optimize GPU/CPU workloads using profiling tools and compiler-level frameworks (Triton, XLA, TorchInductor)

Collaborate with engineering teams to embed performance best practices in ML pipelines

Evaluate hardware/software advancements and document performance tuning methodologies
