Key Responsibilities

Act as the escalation point between the support team and the infrastructure team.

Manage escalated incidents, ensuring complete investigation and resolution.

Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.

Create and maintain Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) to document solutions.

Participate in problem management meetings and Change Advisory Boards (CABs).

Contribute to infrastructure stability and governance.

Provide cross-training to internal teams and external helpdesks.

Diagnose and manage issues in users, groups, directories, cloud servers, and Windows Server/Desktop environments.

Support Microsoft SQL and Azure SQL databases.

Work with IaaS and PaaS infrastructure components.

Manage permissions for file servers, on-premises SharePoint, and SharePoint 365.

Support and resolve issues in the Microsoft 365 E5 ecosystem, including Entra ID, Teams, PowerApps, Power Automate, Intune, OneDrive, and PowerShell.

Provide direct support to users at all levels of the organization, including top management.

Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.

Interact with vendors and external partners for service management and infrastructure escalations.

Ensure compliance with SLAs and service quality standards.

Support the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects.

Provide technical and hands-on support during project rollouts.

Train and mentor new service desk members.

Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the support team.
