Key Responsibilities

Own hiring, onboarding, and team capacity management to ensure workload balance and absence coverage

Translate business priorities into clear team goals, technical OKRs, and actionable plans with delegation

Coordinate sprint and release planning, track progress, and address delivery risks proactively

Partner with Lead Solutions Architect to shape technical roadmaps and resolve complex technical blockers

Ensure production readiness through secure development, SRE practices, and quality assurance

Organize on-call schedules, incident response, and support team alignment for service operations

Collaborate with product, DevOps, and security stakeholders to align goals and improve practices
