Key Responsibilities

Shape performance, development, and review processes to align with company growth and mission

Partner with founders, finance, and talent teams to design compensation, equity, and progression frameworks

Source and close high-caliber hires for G&A, growth, and marketing roles while scaling the internal talent team

Build and lead People Ops, including onboarding, employee experience, and day-to-day operations

Develop managers and leaders, and advise on organizational design and retention strategies
