Key Responsibilities

Translate complex federal data, research, and concepts into visually compelling infographics, dashboards, and decision-support materials

Develop information hierarchies, visual frameworks, and accessibility-compliant (Section 508) design systems for federal clients

Collaborate with strategists, engineers, and subject matter experts to align visual solutions with stakeholder goals

Lead design workshops, prototyping sessions, and iterative feedback loops to refine visual communication strategies

Mentor junior designers and contribute to LINK’s evolving information design practice through innovation and knowledge sharing

Ensure visual products adhere to federal branding standards while maintaining clarity, usability, and audience engagement
