Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and ADR for a luxury mixed-use resort
Oversee end-to-end digital marketing (website, social media, SEO, paid media, OTA distribution) and optimize ROI
Lead brand positioning, messaging, and experiential marketing (e.g., adventure/eco-tourism, culinary travel, wellness)
Manage a team of 5, set performance metrics, and ensure alignment with property objectives
Collaborate with government tourism boards, DMOs, and regional partners to drive inbound travel
Forecast revenue/expenses, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
Represent the property at industry events and trade shows to foster partnerships
Monitor and enforce brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
