Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a 12–24-month product roadmap aligned with company financial targets and growth objectives

Build and lead a high-performing product organization capable of managing multiple integrated products across key markets

Drive product innovation, market differentiation, and customer value to improve net revenue retention (NRR) and reduce churn

Align product priorities with engineering capacity and commercial objectives, including monetization, pricing, and adoption strategies

Establish product operating mechanisms (e.g., discovery cadences, roadmap reviews) to improve execution predictability and speed

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define GTM strategy, target markets, and value propositions

Strengthen integration with customers’ CAE/PLM environments and optimize B2B pricing models to increase ARR

Ensure product compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, and other enterprise security standards

Lead a Customer Advisory Board representing the company’s highest-value customers
