Key Highlights

End-to-end ownership of onboarding and relocation for international hires across 10+ countries (EU/non-EU)

Automate and scale onboarding workflows, including pre-boarding, day-one integration, and 90-day ramp-up

Manage global mobility: visas, work permits, tax residency, Social Security, housing, and expat tax guidance

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement fonio’s onboarding framework, including pre-boarding, day-one, and 90-day ramp-up playbooks

Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, resolving issues and facilitating seamless integration into the team

Collaborate with People Ops, IT, and hiring managers to ensure all access, equipment, and paperwork are ready before day one

Manage end-to-end international relocations, including visas, work permits, local registrations, Social Security, and housing arrangements

Guide new hires on expat taxation, double taxation, and social security coordination with external advisors

Monitor onboarding progress, track completion rates, and follow up on open items to maintain accuracy in records

Ensure compliance with GDPR, local labor laws, and internal policies for all onboarding and relocation processes

Develop country-specific playbooks for global mobility and manage relationships with relocation/immigration partners

Measure new hire satisfaction and ramp-up speed, identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement
