Lead operational planning and delivery of trade shows, webinars, and digital events, including vendor coordination and lead processing.

Maintain accurate visibility into Marketing budgets, commitments, and spend, partnering with Finance on reconciliation and forecasting.

Oversee the Marketing technology stack, including platform administration, governance, vendor management, and capability planning.

Establish data-governance standards for campaign setup, audience segmentation, and system handoffs.

Partner with Revenue Operations to monitor and improve lead-scoring and routing processes.

Standardize workflows, identify operational risks, and continuously improve execution quality and responsiveness.

Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual work and enhance workflow efficiency.

Report on campaign delivery, team capacity, service levels, and budget status.

Lead and develop the Marketing Operations team by setting priorities, providing support, and reinforcing accountability.
