Key Responsibilities
Translate abstract creative briefs into clear, actionable technical goals for the 3D team, ensuring feasibility and scalability
Oversee the entire CG pipeline—modelling, animation, lighting, rendering, compositing—while maintaining visual quality and consistency
Lead end-to-end project workflows, including edit, conform, and color grading, mentoring teams and correcting technical pipeline issues
Collaborate with Creative Directors, CG Supervisors, and Producers to scope 3D/CG tasks during bidding, ensuring realistic budgets and timelines
Drive early-stage research and development for pitches, testing feasibility and integrating new technologies (e.g., AI, real-time workflows)
Act as a technical mentor, sharing expertise with CG designers and freelancers while refining studio-wide pipeline strategies
Support growth into VFX and live-action by bridging gaps between creative and technical production pipelines
